Viewpoint report makes it easy for project manager to write report to executive and other external members. Customize your reporting by real-time linked to your project milestones, resources, and cost.

	Write a Customized Viewpoint Report You can generate a viewpoint report for your project. Write report status, team member and partner progress, or import milestones and cost from your project plan. You can also create template viewpoint for everyone to follow.
	Email the Viewpoint Link When you finish your viewpoint report, email the URL link of the viewpoint to anyone you wish them to see as "Public User". Just simply click the link, the viewpoint report will pop up in a browser. You can also block confidential section of the report so that it will be kept confidential.
	Different Role Seeing Different Thing You can mark each "section" of viewpoint report by checking the viewer's type: management, team, or partner. This "section" of viewpoint report will only available to viewer with the right viewer type. For example, you don't want team member to see the project cost while it is ok for executive management to access it.
	Report in HTML Link Format Your report will be in HTML format accessed from Enact Community hosted server as a link. This way, you can control the integrity of your report.
