Manage your users and roles can never be easier with ActionAdmin.

Create and Manage User Account
Create other user accounts to join your project team. Organize your user by group or organization functional type, such as Engineering or Human Resource department. You can define your user to be Executive, Team Member, Project Planner or power user with ability to manage user account.

 

Create a Role
You can create a role type just like creating a user account. The benefit of having a role is that you can first assign your project tasks to roles for a position that does not exist. Later, when you have the actual resource available, you can allocate the resource to a particular role. All the tasks assigned to that role will automatically be re-assigned to the allocated resouce. A great way to make project template.
